Youth Program?
The Learn to Lift Youth Program at Fitness U is a 4-week strength training course designed specifically for kids and teens ages 9–15.
This program teaches the fundamentals of resistance training in a safe, supportive environment while emphasizing proper form, movement mechanics, and confidence navigating a gym and fitness club.

personal trainer
